We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The breakfast options were very nice, and we highly recommend making a reservation with breakfast included. The hotel is located in a quiet and pleasant area, yet it is conveniently close to all public transport options. We were able to reach the central bus and train stations with just a short 5-7 minute walk. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service.

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. The staff, especially the receptionist, were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast, while minimal, was in line with what we expected in Bulgaria. We also appreciated the recommendation for the nearby restaurant, Kashtite, which served delicious food. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Secondly, the staff were absolutely amazing - friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
